Welcome to Alameda Adult School!

We are proud to offer our local community classes in English as a Second Language at Chipman Campus, High School Diploma and Test Preparation at Longfellow Campus, and Family Literacy at Ruby Bridges Elementary. We are also piloting new classes in collaboration with Peralta Community College, that provide opportunities for students to take Science, Early Childhood Education, and Business with the college with support from Alameda Adult School, as well as a class on the campus of College of Alameda (COA) that provides workshops for COA students who want additional academic and soft skills support.

This is my fifth year as an administrator of the adult school, and every year I appreciate being able to work with the most motivated and tenacious students! I look forward to all of our students achievements for the 2016-2017 school year, and you can witness them too on our facebook page:
